Thank you for your order. As explained in our previous conversations—and now on our updated Ordering Instructions page—actual sales tax (the sales tax the publisher needs to collect) will be added to your order.

Since your order was for a fixed amount (which does not include the sales tax), we have provided this page to accommodate this additional charge.

A separate button for the sales tax for your order has been created so we can complete the order you already received. We apologize for your having to fill out the information again. You can pay the difference by Pay Pal or by credit card.
